Dear Carol and Greg,

Taking a break from the unpacking drudgery to thank you for everything you did as our realtors to find us our dream home on Long Lake and to thank you also for the things that were above and beyond the extent of your obligations. Those things include allowing Sophie to ride with us, the carpet cleaning, the night out with Carol when Carl was gone, and the follow-up call after we moved in. As we said before, we wished you hadn't found us a house so quickly as we missed your company, the lunches, and Greg's history lessons!

We have met most of our neighbors and they are all very friendly and helpful. Our next-door neighbor took us for a boat ride last week and showed us the lake. On the trip, we spotted eagles, osprey, and even a fawn getting a drink at the water's edge. Of course, the hummingbirds found the feeders right away and are fascinating to watch from the kitchen window.

Dear Greg and Carol,
Thank-you very much for stopping by for a visit and the beautiful Pointsettia Plant you brought to us. We have enjoyed working with you on our Real-estate ventures in the last 3 years and hope you take time to stop and visit when you are out this way in the future.

One thing we were assured of, dealing with you, was we knew you were doing your best to take care of all those little hiccups involved along the way, when people like us attempt to buy and sell houses.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and may God hold your hands and your families hands through this great life he has given us to spend. Hopefully we will always be taking the time to help others as we go along.

Jerry is off fishing around Orofino (they say the boat has a heater, they will need it)... I am off to more shopping.

Let us know if you get any real steals on Lakefront property...Ha! Ha! or a recliner like Carol and I sat in, up there at that house on the south hill...the one that I wanted. Or you need a wildlife or portrait painted...
